3rd Shift: $75,000/yr

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in business or production/manufacturing or other similar concentration and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for handling and overseeing machine operation duties, utilizing their skills, knowledge, and experience to ensure continuous production as per schedule. They collaborate with supervisory and scheduling bodies to resolve production questions and problems, ensuring safe, quality-focused, and productive operations. The Supervisor creates a culture that promotes safety as a top priority while driving continuous improvement and constantly evaluating productivity and current staff to optimize production and technology efficiency.
