Facilities & Utilities Supervisor, your next position?
Reporting to the NOAM Engineering and Maintenance Manager, you'll manage the facility maintenance required in our site for the equipment and building maintenance. You will also oversee external services versus in-house services and help accomplish projects and initiatives.
This is an on site position based in our Carthage site, Cincinnati, OH location. This is a first-shift position.

Oversee the Facility Maintenance of the site, including:

• Facility Equipment
• Boiler Operations
• HVAC
• Compressed Air
• Waste Water Treatment
• City Water
• Natural Gas
• Fire Protection Systems
• Building maintenance
• Landscape
• Utilities
• Roofing
• Flooring Manage External services versus in-house with Scheduler:
  • Manage work from External Services (planned work).
  • Handle conversations with customers and contractors to ensure scope and execution is completed with safety, quality and cost.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety, permit to work, and GMP.
  • Work with planning and scheduling to determine the outsourcing strategy for the site.
  • Maximize our ability to implement jobs during the week so we are paying contractors their standard rate versus OT and sometimes double time. You will also lead and develop 2 Direct Reports.
    
    You?
    • 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Contractor Management within an industrial background (food or chemical preferred), in facility or general maintenance.
    • Knowledgeable in Boiler operations, HVAC, Compressed air systems, Waste water treatment. Comprehensive Benefits plans including Medical, Dental, Vision, and a high matching 401k!
