Job Description:
GENERAL
FUNCTION: Assist the Compliance Manager in the
implementation of the Investment Management and Institutional
Services compliance program. This includes
contributing to the development of the testing program and
executing the testing program providing an analysis of the review
and the findings from the review. There will be responsibilities of consulting with the
line of business. This position requires knowledge of fiduciary
regulations including 12 CFR Part 9 ,ERISA, and other Fiduciary
regulations. The incumbent is responsible for analyzing
current and emerging regulatory trends and proposing and
implementing recommendations to mitigate regulatory risk, and
assist with regulatory exams,
inquiries and internal audits.
