Job Description:

GENERAL FUNCTION: Administer assigned enterprise risk management programs and processes that support and implement the Enterprise Risk management Framework. Lead projects that enhance enterprise risk processes and promote an understanding of enterprise risk programs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage assigned enterprise risk programs, such as key risk indicators, risk and control self-assessments, Sarbanes-Oxley, new product risk reviews, and operational losses that align with and implement the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. The objective of these programs is to assist the lines of business and functional groups in identifying, assessing, monitoring, measuring, reporting and mitigating risks and in testing controls.

* Identify areas of process improvement. Research, propose, and implement best practices. Manage projects designed to improve enterprise risk programs.

* Administer the processes for assigned enterprise risk programs, which can include designing and launching workflows, tracking status, following up with users to ensure task completion, and reporting status and results.

* Design and produce enterprise risk program reporting for internal and external use.

* Serve as a key resource and provide guidance to users of enterprise risk processes.

* Deliver training for risk programs and processes.

* Administer the integration of risk programs such that the results of one program feed into and influence the results of other programs, including audit and exam issues and risk events.

* As assigned, administer Bancorp compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, including coordination with outside auditors and Internal Audit, reporting to the Audit Committee, preparing and filing related regulatory filings, and other oversight of key elements of the Sarbanes-Oxley program.

* Assume additional responsibilities as required to fulfill departmental goals.
