Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Bindery Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and possess the ability to set up and run various bindery equipment, including Stahl/MBO 20- and 30-inch folders, Polar cutters and Osaka saddle binders. Mechanical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot equipment is highly desirable. Responsibilities Set up and operate Stahl/MBO 20- and 30-inch folders, Polar cutters, and Osaka saddle binders. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow. Meet deadlines and schedules consistently.
