Job SummaryAs a Saw Operator at UFP Industries, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of a single-blade saw. Your duties will include reading production scheduling sheets to identify required material for the operation, ensuring material meets quality specifications, and performing setups and feeding material according to specifications.Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate a single-blade saw to produce high-quality products.
Read production scheduling sheets to identify required material for the operation.
Ensure material meets quality specifications, including grade, size, and moisture content.
Perform setups and feed material according to specifications.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of saw operation and material handling. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
