  • 36 or 48 hour contract
  • Targeted patient ratios are 1:5-6
    • Job Requirements
    • EPIC experience
    • Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment
    • BLS, NIH required, ACLS preferred - must be able to read and interpret strips
    • IV Start
    • Nurses will be fitted for N95 prior to working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed
    • 1.5 years exp and some level 1 or 2 preferred
    • Travel experience preferred
      • Schedule Information
      • Traveler will be first to float at Premier's discretion
      • Agency will float in/out of specialty clusters
      • Will be assigned a medically appropriate assignment or support the nursing care team of the unit floated to, including high-risk respiratory unit/COVID
      • If assigned to MVH, this could include floating main campus (Dayton) south campus (Centerville) less than 10 miles from Main Campus and North Campus (Englewood) less than 15 miles from Main Campus
      • Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday
      • Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 3 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract/2 shifts for an 8-week contract
      • Premier Health reserves the right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Their application MUST show some 1:5 ratio experience in the Work History section for SD or PCU, otherwise, the managers will not review it
        • ICU exp does not count towards SD/PCU exp at this facility, you MUST have SD/PCU experience to be considered
          • Additional Details
          • I9 required per contract
          • Government Issued Photo ID is required
          • Everify required per contract
          • Proof of Name Change required if candidate has a different name on their documents
          • Residency Declaration Form required
          • Request RTO with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer
          • RTO approval will be at the Manager's discretion
          • Submittal email must include application and current Nursys report, and other certs are not needed if listed on the application
