• Certification Details
• ACLS required for all RNs except certain units
• BLS required for all clinical positions
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required for specific units
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required for specific units
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course required for the Emergency Department
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring required for L&D
• State License Verification required
• NIH Stroke Certification required for certain RN units
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute required for Emergency Dept only
  • Job Details
  • 36 or 48 hours
  • Minimum 1 YEAR CVICU experience REQUIRED (dedicated CVICU staff exp)
  • Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
  • Will take first time travelers, do not need Ohio license
  • For 48-hour contracts, OT is paid after 48 hours
  • Open to possibility of block schedule, must work EOH and EOW

  • Targeted patient ratios are 1:2
    • Job Requirements
    • Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment
    • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required - must be able to read and interpret strips
    • Experience with A-Lines vents drips sheaths dialysis and draw ABGs
    • Travel experience preferred
    • EPIC experience Required
      • Schedule Information
      • Traveler will be first to float at the discretion of Premier
      • If assigned to MVH, may include floating main campus and other nearby campuses
      • Traveler must be available to work every other weekend/holiday
      • Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract
      • The right to cancel agreement with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Working with Tele/drips/vents
        • Unit runs 1:2-36 bed unit
        • Navy Blue Scrubs required
        • Typically runs at a patient ratio of 1:2
        • Request RTO (Requested Time Off) with initial submittal; NO RTO will be added after the offer
          • Additional Details
          • I9 required per contract
          • Government Issued Photo ID is required
          • E-verify required per contract
          • Proof of Name Change required if applicable
          • Residency Declaration Form required for different state Compact Nursing license
