Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Either Five 8 hours shifts or Four 10 hour shifts - 1-2 weeknight call shifts per week - 24 hour call Saturday - Sunday Job Setting: Inpatient Types of Cases: General Cardiovascular cases - Endoscopic Vein Harvesting Credentialing Timeframe: 10-30 Days Board Certification and Active Indiana license required Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner #ih #LI-KR2 Facility Location Fort Wayne is a midwestern city that's chock full of cultural and entertainment options.
