COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

• Salary: $260K + production incentive year 2
• Sign on bonus: $20K+ (Negotiable per needs)
• $200K Student educational assistance directly from hospital - Guaranteed.

• 4 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Hours 4 day week (36 hours)
  • Clinic outpatient, no hospital rounding
  • Patients daily: 18-22
  • Patient breakdown: 25% Child, 50% Adults, 25% Geriatric
  • Phone call (rare): outpatient clinic only, first call through service. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)

      • Located less than 30 minutes from Toledo, OH and 1.5 hours from Detroit, MI
