Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Operations and Release
Consultant to manage and support operational delivery services for
infrastructure and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of digital identity and access
management systems
Oversee release processes, including deployment, testing, and
documentation
Monitor service performance and conduct post-release activities for
continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in IT operations and release
management
5 years of experience advising federal or business clients on IT
improvements
Experience with digital identity and access management services
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
